Meet Our Founder, Andrea Catlin

Catlin Naturals Luxury Body Care was born out of a personal journey of grief and loss experienced by Andrea Catlin. She has always been fascinated by scents and fragrances. She began blending scents in late 2017 and discovered something magical about the way certain scents could uplift your mood, evoke memories and emotions. This journey inspired her to create a brand that would offer handcrafted luxury body care products using natural ingredients and uplifting scents. Little did she know that her own personal journey would lead her to create a business in 2018 that was centered around the power of scents and mindful self care. 

I began blending essential oils and fragrances and soon realized I was grieving the loss of my grandmother. At the time, I didn't realize this process would help me channel my grief into creativity as a way to cope with the loss. I was not only grieving the loss of my grandmother but also the passing of other relatives and challenging situations in my life all occurring back to back.

Discovering the power of scents and fragrances propelled me to focus on my mental health and mindful self care as I was coping with all of the grief and pain. Making this connection was healing, spiritual, therapeutic and ultimately ignited a passion in me that I never knew existed and led to my passion and purpose.

This experience sparked my "Aha!" moment and inspired me to use my God given gifts to create, connect and help people just like my grandmother did for so many. My desire to help and serve others along with my grandmother's love and legacy translated into a love reciprocated by others. This journey helped me to understand the purpose of my grief and pain which led to my passion to create, connect and help others. Through the art of handcrafting products from start to finish, adding my own personal touch, inspired me to give a gift of love. Handcrafted with Love and Wellness in Mind. This inspired and led to the creation of the Catlin Naturals Brand®!
